HIGH APPROVAL RATES
Instead of focusing on the prospect’s credit history, we look at a bigger picture that involves the business history with the roaster, area and vertical of service, and growth possibilities. This approach allows us to almost always find a way to build a program with a realistic chance of being approved without the burden of unrealistic interest rates.
LOWER INTEREST RATES
EspressoRigs is part hardware vendor, part service company and part lender. By being involved in the relationship from several different angles, we are able to mitigate the financial lending risk and subsidize it with portion of service and hardware revenue. Thus, we are normally much easier and cheaper to work with than a financial entity or a vendor that uses a 3rd party lender. Since there are no middlemen in our structure, we make all of our decisions internally.
EXTENSIVE SERVICE PROGRAMS
We are as interested and invested in health and performance of our espresso equipment as its users. This is why almost all of our programs include dedicated water filters and two preventative maintenance visits per year. We want to be sure the equipment is functioning properly and all preventable problems are handled before they become a service issue.
